Fernando Garcia is a freelance illustrator, painter, muralist, and character designer based in Astoria, Queens, and of Colombian descent. His artistic journey began at Manchester Community College in Manchester, Connecticut, where he was enrolled in a fine arts program from 2008 to 2012. In 2016, he continued his studies in illustration at the School of Visual Arts in New York.

In addition to mural work, Fernando focuses heavily on character design, which plays a central role in much of his illustration and is often reflected in his murals. He is currently working toward a career as a character designer in the animation industry, combining his love for storytelling, visual expression, and bold design.

This site showcases his mural projects alongside character design work, offering a look into his creative world and the range of styles he brings to each collaboration.
